Responsibilities:

• Bathing Assistance
• Transfer Assistance (Gait Belt and Hoyer Lift)
• Oral Care Assistance
• Laundry
• Cleaning
• Mopping/Vacuuming/Sweeping
• Cooking Dinner

Reports to : Administration

Qualifications:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written Service Plan.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair. Good driving record.
• Current TB shot (provided by Changes)
• Current proof of vehicle insurance
• Social security card
• Clean Background Record

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

License:

• Drivers License (Required)
• HHA/CNA
